We are unable to offer refunds on lash extension services. However, if you are unhappy with your lashes for any reason, we can remove them free of charge.

We strive to provide each client with the full allotted appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes or later after your appointment time, this will result in an automatic cancellation. This ensures we can provide you with a quality service and stay on schedule for other clients.

To maintain the fullness and health of your lashes, we recommend lash fills every (2-3 weeks). If you arrive for a fill appointment with less than 40% of your lash extensions remaining, a full set may be required. This is because a proper fill requires a foundation of existing lashes to attach to.

We understand that life happens! However, to be respectful of our time and other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
